Elbow Pain

Tennis elbow
Tennis elbow is the most common reason for the elbow pain. The onset is typically gradual, and normally caused by repetitive strain injury. Symptoms include moderate to sever pain coming out of the tendon attachments in the outer part of the elbow. This pain may occur during activities or in rest, especially at night in some advanced cases. This condition responds very well to acupuncture, manual therapy, electrotherapy, taping along with the exercise program.

Golfer’s elbow
This is another example of the elbow tendonitis caused by the repetitive strain injury. The inflammation occurs on the opposite side of the elbow. Causes, symptoms, therapy and prognosis are similar to tennis elbow condition.
